配送

　・ゆうパックにて配送致します。

　・ご入金確認後1〜3日で発送致します。　　　　　　

　・お荷物は全て保険をかけております。

お支払い方法について

クレジットカード（PayPal）

　・PayPal決済のご利用手数料は無料です。

　・ショッピングカート内のお支払い方法を選択ページにて、PayPalを選択するとクレジットカード決済がご利用いただけます。

　　PayPalアカウントをお持ちでない方はショッピングカート内で登録可能です。

 銀行振込

　・振込口座は三井住友銀行がご利用いただけます。

　・ご注文完了後にメールにてご案内いたします。7日以内にお振込み下さい。7日を過ぎますとキャンセルとさせていただきます。

　・ご入金確認後、商品を発送致します。

　・お振込み手数料はお客様ご負担となります。

試奏について

　・配送または当工房にてご試奏いただけます。お気軽にご連絡下さい。

　・配送の場合、返却時の送料のみお客様ご負担とさせていただきます。

　・ご試奏後、ご購入希望の方は請求書をお送りさせていただきます。

返品について

　・商品到着後5日以内にご連絡下さい。

　・配送中の破損、注文商品と異なる商品が届いた場合は返品を受け付け致します。

　・お客様ご都合の場合は返送金、PayPal決済手数料、銀行振込手数料をお客様ご負担とさせていただきます。

About shipping 

  ・Shipped by EMS. (We cannot ship to areas where EMS is not available.）

  ・Please pay customs duty according to the regulations of each country.

Payment Method

Return Policy

  ・Please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.     

  ・If the item is damaged during shipping or if you receive a different item from what you ordered, we will accept returns. 

  ・If it is due to the customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee, PayPal transaction fee, and  import handling fee.
